For parcels weighing up to 16 ounces (1 pound), and measuring less than 27 inches in length by 17 inches wide and 17 inches high. DHL doesn’t accept packages that are 84 inches or bigger in Length + Girth. (Girth is 2 x width + 2 x height.) And DHL doesn’t handle parcels weighing more than 25 lbs.

Oversize Fees & Dimensional Weight
- Oversize fee—$1.50 per pound, for any rigid packages that are more than 50 inches in Length + Girth.
- DHL assesses a dimensional weight to all domestic ground shipments if the package is over one (1 cu.) cubic foot (12” x 12” x 12”). The DIM divisor is 166.
- If dimensional weight applies, the oversize fee of $1.50 per pound is based on dimensional weight as well.
